Born in California and raised in New York, Rose lived in multiple cities on both coasts before making her home in Colorado 25 years ago. Rose is co-principal of the esteemed Black Diamond Group, serving buyers and sellers throughout the Front Range and the Denver Metro Area. An expert in the ever-evolving market, she’s earned several industry designations, including: Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), Certified Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), and Certified Staging Advocate (RESA-CSA). Rose holds an upstanding reputation in the area, as an avid volunteer, businesswoman and community leader. For more than 16 years, Colorado native Ben Dorland has been ushering Denver buyers and sellers to unprecedented success with a sophisticated, data-driven approach that prizes data and the human experience with equal measure. Ben also wields an impressive talent for preparing homes for the marketplace with impactful staging and marketing materials. As the co-founder of the Black Diamond Group at Compass, he leverages astute market analysis and a passion for investing to exceed his clients’ expectations, consistently placing hm among the top 5 percent of sales associates in the Denver Metro area.
Before real estate, Ben worked in Geographic Information System (GIS) and remote sensing roles, a profession he credits with forming his love of statistics and trends. His lifelong interest in real estate motivated him to buy his first home at just 25 years old and his first rental property shortly after. Today, Ben’s personal real estate portfolio includes numerous investment and vacation properties, and he’s written a book on real estate investment.
With his analytical mindset and hands-on expertise, Ben is dedicated to helping others harness the wealth-creating power of real estate. He is a Master Certified Negotiation Expert, possesses an employing broker license and has owned his own brokerage. In addition to educating his clients on their home search or sale, Ben has also shared his expertise with the hundreds of agents he’s mentored through the years.
Ben resides with his family in Golden, where he embraces the Colorado outdoor way of life. He is a 4th- degree Kukkiwon-certified Master instructor in Taekwondo who can often be found skiing, golfing, hiking, visiting local breweries and attending his kids’ sports activities.
