For more than 16 years, Colorado native Ben Dorland has been ushering Denver buyers and sellers to unprecedented success with a sophisticated, data-driven approach that prizes data and the human experience with equal measure. Before real estate, Ben worked in Geographic Information System (GIS) and remote sensing roles, a profession he credits with forming his love of statistics and trends. His lifelong interest in real estate motivated him to buy his first home at just 25 years old and his first rental property shortly after. Today, Ben’s personal real estate portfolio includes numerous investment and vacation properties, and he’s written a book on real estate investment.

Originally from Sonoma County, CA, Nora has embraced Colorado as her forever home after moving here over a decade ago to attend Colorado State University. Studying abroad in Ireland ignited her love for travel, but Denver Metro—with its vibrant community, local events, and stunning landscapes—captured her heart. This love fuels her drive to help others find their perfect place in this incredible region.
Nora’s real estate journey is shaped by her personal experiences, including over a dozen moves. She knows firsthand the stress of buying or selling a home and works tirelessly to make the process smooth, informed, and enjoyable for her clients. MEET ROBIN KALLMAN
Robin Kallman is a seasoned real estate agent with deep roots in the Colorado area, having grown up here from 1967 to 1979 and returning in 2023. Robin’s love for real estate is matched by her enthusiasm for the Colorado lifestyle, where sunshine, outdoor activities, majestic mountains, and a blend of country and urban living create a diverse cultural tapestry.
